ZLINE Ventilation Inserts
ZLINE inserts pair strong ventilation performance with simple controls located on the underside of the unit. The lineup uses four-speed blowers, directional LED lighting, and removable stainless baffle filters that can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
The 30-inch model is rated at 400 CFM, while the larger sizes use 700 CFM blowers. Units are plug-in ready and are designed to integrate with Hoodsly wood range hoods using the proper fitment components.
Duct Conversion
ZLINE inserts use 6-inch or 8-inch ducting depending on the blower. The units use a square damper, and Hoodsly supplies the conversion component needed to transition to a round duct connection when supplied as part of its ventilation package.
Recirculating Option
The 30-inch 400 CFM model can be configured for non-ducted use with the CF1 charcoal-filter kit, allowing filtered air to be returned to the room where exterior ducting is not available.
Hoodsly Hood Fitment
ZLINE inserts require Hoodsly's modification components for proper installation inside a Hoodsly wood hood. When the ventilation is supplied with the Hoodsly hood package, the necessary fitment components are included with that package.
Warranty
ZLINE lists a lifetime warranty on the motor and a three-year warranty on parts for these ventilation units.
