Bates Cabinetry, LLC (“Bates Cabinetry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates batescabinetry.com. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect through our website, customer accounts, design and quote requests, My Project tools, checkout, and related customer service, and how we use and protect that information.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, account credentials, order and transaction details, product and finish selections, project notes, measurements, appliance information, photos, plans, files you choose to upload, and communications you send to us.
We also collect limited technical information such as browser and device information, IP address, pages visited, cookie information, cart/session data, and information needed to keep the site secure and functioning properly.
My Project and Customer Accounts
My Project may store selections in your browser so you can build a project over time. If you sign in to a Bates Cabinetry account, supported My Project information may also be synced to your customer profile so you can access it again and so Bates Cabinetry can assist with your project. Uploaded preview images may remain device-local unless they are specifically submitted to us through a form or other upload feature.
Address Verification
When you create an account or enter delivery information, we may use United States Postal Service address tools to validate or standardize the mailing address you provide. This helps reduce delivery errors. You are responsible for confirming that the final address shown is correct for your project or order.

Payments
Payments made through the website are processed using third-party payment services made available through WooCommerce and connected payment providers. Bates Cabinetry does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on the website. Payment providers may collect and process payment and fraud-prevention information under their own privacy policies.
Vendors, Shipping Providers, and Service Providers
We may share information that is reasonably necessary to complete your order or provide requested services with cabinet and accessory suppliers, shipping and freight providers, technology and hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, address-verification services, installers, designers, and other service providers working on our behalf. We do not authorize these providers to use your information for unrelated purposes.
Some areas of the site link to independent third-party businesses or product resources. When you leave batescabinetry.com and interact directly with another business, that business’s own privacy policy and terms apply to the information you provide there.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including active projects, customer service, order history, accounting, tax, legal, warranty, claims, and dispute-resolution requirements. Some records must be retained even if you ask us to delete other information.
