Outside the local area? That does not block cabinet sales. Remote project appointments, design, ordering, and shipping remain available. For cabinet-only orders outside our installation area, you must provide your own installer. Bates Cabinetry LLC is not responsible for damage caused by unloading, handling, storage, assembly, or installation performed by others.Protect any delivery claim: photograph the delivered pallets before opening, then photograph packaging, labels, and any damage as each item is opened — before assembly or installation. If damage is first documented after a cabinet has been assembled or installed, Bates cannot treat it as delivery damage; any replacement product and delivery would need to be purchased.Read Delivery & Receiving Guide →
