US Cabinet Depot · Manufacturer Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty
US Cabinet Depot cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original residential purchaser, subject to the manufacturer's terms and exclusions. Proof of purchase is required, and the warranty is not transferable.
What the Warranty Covers
- Defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use and service.
- US Cabinet Depot cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides.
- Repair or replacement, at the manufacturer's option, with a functionally equivalent product when a covered claim is approved.
- Replacement parts may differ from the original if the original part is no longer available.
What It Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or lack of required maintenance.
- Alteration, modification, improper installation, handling, or storage.
- Environmental conditions, labor, removal, re-installation, or related expenses.
- Natural wood grain/color variation, aging, mellowing, hand-applied glaze variation, or normal paint fractures at wood joints caused by expansion and contraction.
Who Is Covered
- The original consumer purchaser only.
- Residential applications only.
- Valid in the United States and Canada.
- The warranty cannot be transferred to a subsequent owner.
How a Claim Is Started
- Keep your proof of purchase and relevant order documentation.
- Document the claimed defect clearly with photographs before altering, repairing, or disposing of the product.
- Contact the US Cabinet Depot supplier from whom the product was purchased.
- Bates Cabinetry customers should start through Bates so the correct order documentation can be matched to the claim.
Important: Warranty coverage and freight/delivery damage are different issues. Damage caused by unloading, handling, storage, assembly, or installation by others is not the same as a manufacturer defect. Delivery damage should be documented immediately under the Bates Cabinetry Delivery & Receiving process.
