Work With Bates Cabinetry

Bring your craft. We’ll bring the opportunity.

We are always interested in hearing from highly skilled installers, installation crews and experienced people in the cabinetry and construction industry who take pride in doing the job right.

Installer & crew opportunities

We want experienced cabinet installers who are comfortable taking a project through the details that separate a good install from a great one.

  • Cabinet installation, layout and leveling
  • Panels, fillers, trim, moldings and finished ends
  • Hardware and glass installation
  • Field modifications and problem solving
  • Reliable transportation, tools and professional jobsite habits

Experienced industry professionals

Cabinetry is more than installation. If you have meaningful experience in the industry, we still want to hear what you do well.

  • Cabinetry design or sales
  • Field measuring and project coordination
  • Finish carpentry and related trades
  • Builder or remodel project experience
  • Other skills that complement our cabinetry work

Installer insurance requirements

Before installer project work is assigned, Bates Cabinetry requires proof of active general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Please be prepared to provide current certificates if we move forward with you.
